LeAnn Rimes has shocked fans with a video of herself getting a jaw massage, resulting in her sobbing heavily.The video, uploaded by self-care provider Human Garage, showed the founder, Garry Lineham, with his hands in the 43-year-old's mouth as she was pinned down by another nurse.The 60-second jaw release massage is meant to release tension and lift emotional weight, which it certainly did for Rimes.Watch the video above.After hitting the spot with the most tension, Rimes cried out and began sobbing uncontrollably, holding her jaw.When she finished, Lineham told her to say "that part of my life is over". Sometimes it's a physical letting go of things we didn't even know we were carrying."You can see the exact moment the tension breaks and the emotional weight lifts, leaving her feeling visibly lighter and more aligned," they said of Rimes' deep jaw release.The video resulted in mixed reactions from fans, who showed concern."Bless you angel for sharing this. Rock bottom looks different for everybody [but] you have a choice. In my darkest moments, it's always been about, 'How do I find the light again?'"For Rimes, those "darkest moments" have taken different forms over the years.The singer and actress – who won her first Grammy at just 14 – says she initially "felt like an outcast" as a "kid in a very adult world"."The whole industry had this camaraderie that I wasn't included in because I was so young," she told the publication.But slowly, over time, she found her people and says by the time she recorded her 17th album, 2022's God's Work, she had so many people around her she could call on.And while she's found her stride, her relationship with her career hasn't always been like this."I'm sure there are moments where I was like, 'I'm done'.
