The MICE, considered to be a time-sensitive project, is designed to transform Puerto Princesa toward becoming the Convention Capital of the Philippines. Positioning the city as a premier hub for international conventions within the next three years, in a sustainable urban growth initiative, is the task.  It will be officially unveiled to global investors and government leaders at a launch event in Prague on October 2–4, 2025, at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Prague, Czech Republic.

Ceres Ingenium, which maintains an office in Geneva and Singapore, will bring its expertise together with RPConnect for financial management to spearhead a Consortium that will include the following:

  • Financial Modeling & Sustainability Plans: Ensuring long-term viability of the convention infrastructure
  • Project Management & Administrative Systems: Supporting efficient coordination between government, investors, and global partners.
  • Digitization & Cloud-Based Finance Tools: Transparency, compliance, and scalability for the city’s financial systems.
  • Business Matching Programs: Facilitating pre-arranged meetings between international investors and local industries, which will be initiated on October 2.3 and 4, 2025 in Prague, Czech Republic (www.businesstrade.online).
  • Convention Tourism Integration: Aligning Puerto Princesa with the global convention and tourism ecosystem.

“The collaboration provides the international credibility and connectivity Puerto Princesa needs in the creation of a benchmark for sustainable convention-driven urban development. ”  Richard Arambulo, CEO of Synergy Solutions Corp, said.

This project, championed by Mayor Lucilo Bayron, has attracted international expertise. The initiative will debut at the Business Trade (www.businesstrade.online) on October 2–4, 2025, hosted at the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Trade and Industry in Prague. The event will gather global investors, government officials, and industry leaders to witness the unveiling of Puerto Princesa's transformation strategy.

“The MICE Project of Mayor Bayron is more than a local development initiative—it is a call for nations to unite around sustainability, culture, and future-oriented growth,” said Louis Durand
