Los Angeles Jewelry Company GK Thomason Establishes European Counterpart in Czech Republic

October 6, 2026 - Prague, Czech Republic — GK Thomason, headquartered in Los Angeles, California, is establishing its European counterpart in the Czech Republic to support the introduction of its Gigi jewelry collection to European retailers. Registration of the European company is underway as of press time.

The initiative brings together Gigi’s creative identity and a proposed bilateral business cooperation agreement with American fashion designer and entrepreneur Noubikko P. Ulanday. The agreement outlines responsibilities for brand positioning, European launch coordination, buyer introductions and wholesale development.

The Czech Republic was selected as the European operating base because of Noubikko’s established local network and connection to Prague. The European counterpart is intended to coordinate importation, administration and commercial relationships while supporting the collection’s expansion from its Los Angeles headquarters.

The initial distribution program will focus on jewelry shops, independent boutiques and selected specialty retailers whose customers align with the collection’s design and market positioning.

An invitation-only buyer exhibition is the preferred launch format. The presentation would allow purchasing representatives to examine the jewelry closely, appreciate its intricate details and discuss how individual pieces could complement their retail selections. Catalogue materials, product specifications and delivery information would support those conversations.

Participation in an established fashion show is also being considered, subject to agreements covering collection presentation, branding and access to prospective buyers.

Under the proposed bilateral agreement, Noubikko would assist with positioning, local coordination and commercial introductions. GK Thomason would provide the collection, samples and product information while coordinating production readiness, quality control and fulfillment.

The European business is also intended to remain open to approved third party investors. Initial ownership participation would be proportionate to each investor’s contribution to the company’s agreed initial equity capital, with shareholder rights documented through the appropriate agreements.

A dedicated Gigi Store remains a possible later stage. That decision would follow an assessment of wholesale demand, dependable supply and operating performance.

The immediate priority is to complete the European registration process, prepare the collection for buyer presentations and establish the arrangements needed for importation and sales. Exhibition dates and venues will be announced once confirmed. The bilateral agreement remains subject to completion and mutual approval.
