Tammy Hembrow has shared a sweet update on her actor father Mark Hembrow, after she revealed last week that he had to go to hospital.The Aussie fitness buff and influencer, 31, shared a picture of her dad posing with her eldest kids, his grandchildren, Saskia and Wolf, while holding hands and beaming."Gramps [love hearts]," Hembrow captioned the post, before Mark shared an update himself.Watch the videos above.Mark re-shared the picture and Tammy's post on his own Instagram Stories, adding a comment and update to his followers."Thank you to everyone at the Gold Coast University Hospital for getting me started and keeping me going.
