Dantru Development Corporation, Project Director, Projects Arsenio R. Robledo, Jr. confirmed the Board of Directors issued a resolution which led to the signing of a contract with the Archdiocese of Laoag, through Bishop Renato Mayugba, DD and DDC and Chief Executive Officer Floriendelyn L. Sibonga last January of this year.
The Board of Directors of Dantru has envisioned transforming the San Guillermo Cathedral Compound of Laoag City into a World-Class European Commercial Plaza which will house a Medical Plaza, a Hotel, and a Commercial Center with 3 levels of the basement parking area. All within the vicinity of a church museum and the famous landmark known as the "Sinking Tower". This project is expected to finish in 3 years.
